Here are some various waterfall shots from the Dread and Terror trip that didn’t fit well into that report.
Right at the beginning of the “Dread and Terror” section of the North Umpqua Trail, there are 3 unique and interesting waterfalls.
Here is second trip to the river beneath Toketee Falls.
This was supposed to be a short stop at Castle Creek, then off to other places. Predictably, I spent all day there.

This is another trip back to Castle Creek. Funny enough, it’s almost a year to the day from when I was back here last.
I recently took two trips to Hemlock Creek, specifically the trail that leads between Hemlock Lake and Lake in the Woods. It’s the first time I’d been back since this trip 2 years ago.
Here is the pile of pictures that didn’t really fit in with the rock adventure, though all were taken along that trip.
I started snooping around an area in Little River on Google Earth and found something worth exploring. (more…)
